Ode to Tea
By Joules Z.
as inspired by the teacup carnival ride (you know, like the dizzy ride where you sit with a spinning wheel in the center that everyone turns.)

I wish my life to be like a cup of tea.
Embraced by a fluid warm glow in an aromatic spa, while the whirls of swirls resemble smiles as the sweetness is stirred in.
The simmering magic summons senses of effervescent sensations.
Life’s a cup of tea.
Tea cups spin at the carnival unstoppable like the clockworks of time.
Inertia of the centrifuge pulling ones blood and thoughts out and away from the center of each steering wheel.
A sense of control given to the hands upon the wheels to spin faster, more out of control and unstoppable.
The hands of time, the hands holding onto the dizziness inducing destinies.
The spin of a lottery wheel determines a predictable future, a law of simple physics.
If filled with actual tea instead of people, all that tea would spill out, pouring waves of particles spraying out to a fine evaporating mist to disappear, leaving emptiness behind, or rather a space ready for the next refill.
Life, you cup of tea!
