Recipes are still handwritten, so I am not including them yet. My influences include my grandmother and many roommates who went to cooking school, so I learned it’s all about the spices and sauces. A nice spice collection flavors each meal to taste.

My main inspiration came from fond memories of Grandma Babcia Krysia’s cooking in the motherland. She taught me how to preserve food with heat in airtight jars. She always eyeballed the measurements and helped me learn to experiment with various combinations.
