In America, enjoyed many stints living out of my car including in pregnancy, all while sober/drugfree, finding food banks twice per month when poverty stricken by disrespectful enemies who removed basic civil rights. I dabbled in stage performance, singing in musicals, open mics, poetry, playing keyboard, hosting a TV show & various freelance journalism, music videos & other short film editing, public speaker activist for political & non profit causes. In my teens began activist training via Georgetown Law summer school in DC as a teenager, that led to petitioning City council serving on a bicycle lane commission.
Becoming a mother gave me something to live for. My son was unjustly removed by law violating hateful dishonest discriminators who falsely accused me via discrediting defamation of character. I stand by sll my medical & parental decisions without regrets since his Xmas birth and seek justice & reparations for the unforgivable crimes committed against my innocent family. Why did anyone treat us as if unfit to live together, to access joy, love, and prosperity? I fight for the rights of children with public speeches my sons birth and unite minorities who require services, human rights, parental rights, disability rights, to prevent degrading our most valuable unique, diverse marginalized population. Currently limited due to unwarrented injustice as a victim of traumatic hate-crime in a noncriminal juvenile court battle that prevent access to any fairness yet. Legal issues involve advocacy involves anti-discrimination efforts and demanding retribution for all damages caused by their attack upon our peace, wellbeing, health, & joy. We can never be pushover doormats to the degrading criminals who stole for their conflict of interest.
Childhood: Rest in Peace to all who raised me in Poland: My Grandparent WorldWar2 doctors encouraged the love of biological sciences, and simple life in the country in a hut with a straw roof with wod burning stove. While never spoiled, was taught survival skills since a baby without parents in Poland, daily gathering food from the forest & fruit shrubs, fishing,a well of water with salamanders,just a bar of soap to bathe in the lake with the leeches, and a shovel to dig toilets in the rain when no outhouse available.Hens ran free on a farm with goats & a hand milked cow that stood in a field next to a stork each day. No phone, nor internet, no tv, just the simple life living off the land & inventing ways to fix issues.
My forefathers trained me as a warrior to never back down, always stand my ground in the face of adversity. Great Grandfather Nobel prize winner introduced Embrionology to our country of Poland. My grandfather Professor Jurek “Jerzy” Dybicki, director of University Medical Hospital & heart surgery department, also served in World War 2 with eye doctor grandmother. They healed the wounded & pulled bullets out of bleeding soldiers. Jerzy published many books in his beyond medical science journal articles Droga_do_akademii_i_samodzielnosci My Godfather Jacek Starociak was the 1st ever democratically elected President of our city Gdansk in Poland and led many unity movements including Solidarnosc and served as the Director of Polish Presidential office of Lech Walensa. I learned of the historical accomplishments of my ancestorial humble leaders mostly after their passing. I salute heros to commemorate their impactful historical actions & continue to fight from the ground for our freedoms, social justice, the valuable worth life brings.My Grandfather Jan died questionably too young in his 30’s widowing my Grandma Babcia Krysia. Grandfather Leon stepped in to raise us love birds. I recall his smile when hand feeding the birds that came to the window sill & the squirrel who he welcomed inside via luring with a trail of nuts. I seek justice for him too in his demise of a botched back surgery that left him paralyzed from the waste down. He fell ill at the hospital leading to unnecessary tracheotomy. He tried to pull out the tubes from his throat, since thereafter he couldn’t speak, so they tie his hands down. It’s not ok how anyone would be inhumane to our elders and disabled. In his last moments we listened to recordings of birds and I rescued as many birds as I could in his memory. Rest in Peace my beloved ancestors.
Education: I began writing diaries upon English as my 2nd language, since a nun taught me to hold a pen. The tall tower of hand written books in a box lays under my bed. I wrote & illustrated my 1st book at age 10 as every child did. In 8th grade, became top seller of our school from door to door fundraising. In highschool, I chose electives such as Calculus, and fixing cars, so the school could fix my car for free & then I would just drive away for extra lunch breaks. Earned 2 Bachelors of Science degrees in Wildlife Biology & Resource Ecology. I set the curve for an Organic Chemistry exam after enjoying stoichiometry, balancing equations. I guided an afterschool elementary program about biodiversity and human diversity to other refugee children that spoke at least 8 different languages.
As a student my 20’s studying science in biological fields, earning degrees in wildlife Bilogy, resource ecology, wth artistic hobbies in music, film, theatre, and weekly poetic speeches on stages around the nation with many unpublished book tours.
In practice for rehabilitating birds, helping animals & children, teaching about plants, animals, entomology, & all the nature sciences with a large collection of field guides. Wildlife science work included many nonprofits working with endangered turtles, reptiles & amphibians at a science museum in VT, rescue & rehabilitation of wild birds, parrots, endangered cactus field work, animal shelter & other rescue pet adoptions.
Career Highlights:
College activism began as a teen making the front page of newspaper, petitioning City Council for a bicycle lane in Delaware after a summer in Amsterdam. A summer Environmental grassroots activism training at Georgetown Law School in DC began my organizing career. That led to nonprofit student state coordinator job on energy campaigns for wind power. I expanded the worstudy program to many nonprofits for paid student support. Suddenly, our group of coordinators from each state were sponsored by Yale University for inclusion in the United Nations Conference in Canada.
I began as an independent journalist with press pass access to interview, produce video, report, I organized & mobilized with groups such as Energy Action. Student organizing environmental activism included a boss who made the front cover of Rolling Stone Magazine. We were sponsored by Yale to attend as media in the United Nations conferences in Montreal Canada. I delivered news via public access county government channel & led biodiversity/endangered species protection campaigns.
Hosting a public access TV Show led to future job at another TV station. Public speaking jobs involved political campaigns to register voters for famous politicians including a chair of the Senate & and president of City Council also for nonpartisan issues. In creative unique ways I brought more attention to worthy causes to support with musical visual arts to appeal to greater audiences.
Also, worked in Community integration for disabled youth in a respite program, some speech motor impaired teens. An individual required assisted arm support to facilitate communication via touching 1 letter at a time on a keyboard with slow focus opposing resistance similar to arm wrestling. I stood up for him when others used condescending tone and generally fought for the rights of people with disabilities who require accommodations for equity.
Public speaking involved getting over stage fright, hence began teaching my son at an early age while baby wearing him to shows. Losing fear of judgment, not caring what others think, self acceptance, confidence, weekly open mics, singing, makes it easy. Engaging audiences became an efficient tactic at meeting people all at once instead of one at a time, to save time & to present new literature or whatever is mutually productive. Solitary work at my own pace for peace also prevents stressful drama. As an overachiever strict with self discipline, it was less about approval, more about purpose, causes, networking etc. I learned it’s not about what you do, it’s about what you love to do, and who you enjoy working with, even if alone.
Universe of Verses vs. The Force of Metaphors: a motivational allegory adventure for adults involved open mic unpublished book tour of darker metaphorical uplifting poems written rhyming sentences and told as a full contiguous story.
Word Bird Time: This fully illustrated children’s story book rhyme chock full of hand made bird sculptures, has primary goals of motivating children to appreciate biodiversity, finding one’s life purpose, as well as generating proceeds to actual bird biodiversity protection causes including non-profit wild bird rescue organizations.
